I have been to several language schools, and this school, in my opinion, is the worst of them. I am surprised by such a high rating. The overall quality here is very low. 1. At my level - Pre-Intermedia. Young and inexperienced teachers, as well as non-native English-speaking instructors with strong accents. 2. There are frequent substitutions of teachers, affecting the quality of services. In our group, attendance immediately dropped due to this. And students started receiving unpleasant emails from the school. Connecting the dots seemed beyond the school administration's capability. 3. A significant part of the learning is self-study. It means that the lesson is structured in a way that you constantly sit with textbooks or handouts, reading to yourself and doing certain tasks. Why? I could do this at home. Why should I pay for these courses and spend time on commuting and parking? Moreover, new topics are not explained before assignments. 4. The approach at the school is quite strange. It's always your problem in everything. If they placed you in a group two to three levels higher, it's your problem, and you must solve it yourself. Parking issues or anything else are solely your problems. 5. There's no parking at the school. Nearby parking lots are expensive and designed for a maximum of 5 hours, while twice a week, you have classes for 7 hours. When I informed the school administration about this problem, the response was, 'You're not the only student with a car.' Is this believable? So, they have students with cars who struggle with parking and constantly have to move their cars during breaks? Is this normal? So far, this school hasn't taken responsibility for solving this problem or providing recommendations for cheaper parking elsewhere? How can this be? It wasn't until two weeks later that I found out from another student that there's a parking lot near the metro that is twice as cheap and has no time limit. Due to the school's attitude toward its students, I lost around £100 in parking fees in two weeks. Yes, I consider my course payment as a loss as well. 6. During classes, someone constantly interrupts and makes announcements. There was even a moment when they entered during the lessons and started collecting money for charity, putting everyone in an uncomfortable position. Everything has its time and place. Before this, one of our students was robbed, losing half of his budget, and then they asked this child for money for charity. They didn't want to help him? All he had was a few coins. The situation with collecting money was very strange, and everyone felt uncomfortable about it. 7. Lunches. The school cafe-shop offers the most tasteless and unhealthy products. They seem to have no idea about nutritious food or even a decent selection. Everyone seems to be just doing their job without any interest in quality. 8.Catastrophically cramped and stuffy classrooms. 9. Consider my review as feedback. There's a lot you need to work on. 10. Every teacher I had was good and nice people, all of them were very likable to me, but for a language school, that's not enough.

I highly recommend this school. Great environment, great teachers. I felt supported throughout the whole duration of the course and I also had a lot of fun. Classes are not too crowded, allowing everyone to get involved and learn easily. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. 5 stars aren’t enough to describe this great experience. Italians: this is the place to learn English while having fun!

I am happy that I booked with this school and can recommend other people from Taiwan to come here. The school is professions and Wimbledon is a good place for students. The area is green, save and my accommodation is walking distance. Special thanks to George who convinced me and helped me organising my stay
